STEP ➊: GET ON THE WAITLIST / BOOK A TOUR

• To get on the waitlist/book a tour if available, please fill in your information on the CONTACT page.
• Your information will help us to better understand your childcare needs.
• Please note that we are currently not offering tours (waitlist only) for the Junior Kindergarten Level 1, Junior Kindergarten Level 2, Out of School Care & Summer Camp programs due to the long waitlists.
• ​The Director will email you within 24-48 business hours to set up a date & time for your visit or to add your information onto the waitlists. There is no cost to get on the wailtist.

STEP ➋: AT THE TOUR (when available)

• You will be contacted once space is available, and book a date/time for a tour with the Director.
• We strongly encourage you to bring your child/children with you for the visit.
  
• You will get a program overview and information sheets at the tour.
• Ask questions! We want you to have everything you need to make the right decision.
• Registration process is reviewed at the tour.
• Book your registration appointment if interested.

STEP ➌: REGISTRATION​

• ​You will be emailed with registration details, and book a date/time for the registration with the Facility Manager.
• Please read our PARENTS HANDBOOK to ensure you understand and agree to our policy & procedures before registering.
• Please fill out the online ENROLLMENT FORM for your child/children before coming in for the registration appointment.
• You will sign a Confirmation of Registration form and make Payment  (cash/cheque/e-transfer) for registration fee and security deposit to secure the spot before or at the registration appointment. 
• You will get a list with items you need to prepare for your child's first day.
• The Facility Manager will discuss with you about a gradual entry plan to help your child transition into the program.
• You will be provided with paperwork to apply for Affordable Childcare Benefit upon request.
• We will answer all your questions at time of registration to make sure you are confident about joining us!

ENROLLMENT
Registration for all programs is year round. 

REGISTRATION FEE & SECURITY DEPOSIT
A non-refundable registration fee of $150 per child (with an earthquake kit included) and a refundable security deposit equaling one month tuition are required at registration to hold your child’s spot in the program.

TUITION FEE
Tuition is based on the program and the number of days you are registered. Refer to each program’s page for specific tuition information.
​All Child Care Payments are withdrawn on the first (1st) of each month through Pre-Authorized Debit.

CHILD CARE FEE REDUCTION INITIATIVE (CCFRI)
EduCastle Childcare is an Opt-In Centre, and is enrolled in the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI) program which can reduce students’ tuition by up to $900 a month.
​The amount will be automatically deducted from your monthly tuition.

AFFORDABLE CHILD CARE BENEFIT (ACCB/SUBSIDY)
Families who may be eligible to receive Affordable Childcare Benefit are encouraged to apply right away after registration. The Affordable Child Care Benefit provides families up to $1,250 in monthly funding that further reduces tuition.
​Factors like income, family size, and type of care determine how much support families can get.

CHANGES IN REGISTRATION
Parents are required to give one month written notice before the first (1st) of the month for changes in registration or to terminate childcare. ​ Security deposit will be refunded only when termination policy is followed.
